This summer, Queer Gallery and Atelier K84 present the international group exhibition In Touch during World Pride Amsterdam 2026. From July 3 through August 22, 2026, a diverse group of approximately 15 prominent queer artists will showcase their work on the Keizersgracht in the heart of Amsterdam. The vibrant exhibition celebrates the connection, strength, creativity, and intimacy of queer art. Celebrate the connection, strength, creativity, and intimacy of queer art In Touch explores how queer bodies are seen, presented, and read within the context of art, and how they relate to each other and their environment. Approximately fifteen artists from Germany, France, Iran, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Thailand, and Switzerland show work that touches upon identity, the body, proximity, and connection. An invitation to slow down, to look, and to truly connect with the queer experience. In Touch brings together artists working from diverse perspectives around themes such as intimacy, representation, desire, and vulnerability. Through photography, film, and mixed media, the exhibition explores how queer bodies are seen and remembered. At the same time, the exhibition creates space for visibility and encounter during one of the most important moments of queer togetherness in the city: World Pride Amsterdam (July 25 to August 8, 2026). The exhibition aims to contribute to the visibility and accessibility of queer art. In addition to the works on display, a wide selection of fine art prints by queer artists from around the world is for sale throughout the exhibition. Queer Gallery founder Prins de Vos and/or other participating artists will be present at Atelier K84 every Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 during the exhibition for a personal introduction. Related events, such as workshops, talks, and community gatherings in the context of World Pride, will be announced via social media at a later stage.
