FUTURE FREE-PLAY WORKSHOP hosted by Studio TIP

Join us for a hands-on creative workshop to play, invent and assemble, using natural and recycled factory offcuts. This session will be a chance to explore new materials, test ideas and collaboratively create pieces made with the future in mind. Guided by a Material Library, discover the stories, textures, and qualities of these secondary raw materials. Then, dive into making for the future you want to see: work with your team to assemble your sculptures or abstract creations using only string and wire - no glue, just imagination. Studio TIP is a creative studio exploring materiality for circular design. Working with undervalued and secondary raw materials from local communities, institutions and manufacturing industries, we use a playful making approach to create public art, bespoke commissions, hands-on freeplay workshops and research-led projects.
