5Rhythms® Dance | Move, Release, Reconnect

A 5Rhythms® movement meditation class led by Tara Achkar at Centro Upaya in Lisboa. Participants move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness with guided music-led exploration, aiming to shift, release, and reconnect. The 2-hour session includes warm-up, a guided wave, and integration time, rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth.
