About the event

Join the Shambhala community for in-person mindfulness meditation! Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. Sessions will open with a few brief chants (in English). There will be periods of silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation. All are warmly welcome! Meditation instruction will be available. People are welcome to arrive and leave to suit their schedule. There is ample parking and outdoor space. ***Our group meets every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of the month from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This is a free offering. Donations are warmly welcomed!***
