Yoga & Art in the park with Lovelee Being at Eckhart

Yoga and Art in the Park, is a series of events hosted by artist and certified yoga teacher Lee Sunshine. She, along with other yoga teachers, will provide a stress-relieving experience, allowing participants to unwind and explore their inner artist. Each event starts with a beginner friendly yoga class, centering participants for art-making through movement and meditation. Following the yoga session, participants are guided through the college-making process. This tactile art activity invites individuals to reflect on their favorite aspects of nature, translating their thoughts and feelings into visual representations. No experience is needed and all art materials will be provided!
