Please arrive 10mins early to scan the registration/waiver QR code form using your mobile device, then show the instructor the confirmation. Our FREE Yoga Classes take place in St. James Park on the grassy area behind the Michael Comstock Pavillion , Tuesdays in July and August. For 2026, our classes are led by The Yoga Lounge . Please bring your own yoga mat and bottle of water. All classes are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding .
