Friday Evening Beginner Run

**Where**: Meet at John Murray Park on the corner of 45th Rd. and 11th St. (near the Citibikes). **When**: Every Friday at 6:30 PM **What**: This is a beginner social run for ~10:00 minute/mile pace, depending on the group. We will run 5K route along the waterfront and Court Square, and no one will be left behind. **MUST RSVP in advance** and update your RSVP to remain accurate. There will be no bag check.
