Terroir Wars: Wine Class & Tasting

Italian wine regions and their New World counterparts are explored through a weekly tasting class at Mirabella at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Terroir Wars: Wine Class & Tasting takes place on Wednesdays from June 24 through August 19, offering a guided look at how place, climate and tradition shape wine styles. Hosted by a sommelier, the class compares Old World and New World expressions through selected pours from the resort’s wine collection. Each session focuses on varietals from different regions, inviting guests to compare structure, oak influence, fruit expression and other defining characteristics. The tasting is paired with small bites from Mirabella, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s coastal Italian restaurant, and includes guided discussion throughout the experience. The class runs from 4 to 6 p.m. and is designed for guests interested in learning more about Italian wine, regional terroir and comparative tasting.
