Upper Wissahickon night hike- 6.5ish miles, moderate pace

\*\* 6:15 SHARP departure\*\* This weeks night hike will take us to the Upper parts of the Wissahickon Creek. Route will encompass trails along the creek and of course some hills. We will be covering about 6.5 miles and plan to move at about 3.2 mph with very few stops. Gear required: hiking footwear as there will be plenty of rocks and roots and headlamp if desired as it will be dark before end of hike. Water as needed. PARKING AND MEETING LOCATION: We will meet on Cathedral Rd at Wissahickon Ave. next to Courtesy Stables. (see Meetup location Pin). There is parking on plenty of parking on Cathedral Rd across from the houses and feet away from trailhead. Guest policy: Attendees must be members of Outdoor Adventure Friends.
