Looking for a simple way to relax and reset at the end of the week? Join us for **free outdoor meditation** in the beautiful Boston Public Garden. Each month, 30–50 people gather by the lagoon to unwind, clear their minds, and enjoy a guided meditation together. This class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone. You’ll learn simple techniques to: • Reduce stress • Feel more calm and balanced • Think more clearly Each session includes a short talk and a guided meditation.
