About the event

There are festivals, and then there's Valtifest. In 2026, the festival returns for its 18th edition. It's time to enjoy another absurd and spectacular party at Kaap Oost. The colorful Amsterdam City Festival has a unique theme every year, with a matching, outrageous dress code! Please note: The date and time listed for 2026 are subject to change. Dance, electro & house at Valtifest A festival where creativity, freedom and tolerance are paramount. Where you can let your creativity run wild on the dress code and where you can be yourself. All this on a wonderful terrain by the water; namely the miracle of Kaap Oost! 6 stages with DJs from home and abroad, food trucks, spectacular entertainment and an extensive fringe programme.
