Weekly Tuesday Evening Meditation

Shambhala Chicago presents in person meditation every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm. We offer one hour of sitting and walking meditation and a half hour of discussion of meditation related topics. Doors open at 6:45, stay as long as you like. Newcomers welcome and meditation instruction is available. If you would like meditation instruction please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before 7pm. This event is free but donations are appreciated. Even small donations are critical to keeping the Center's activities going.
