Through longer holds and restorative postures, you’ll release tension and melt away stress, creating space for renewal from the inside out. With an emphasis on mindful breathing, each practice supports emotional balance and invites you to move, breathe, and release the emotional charge stored in the body—leaving you grounded, open, and at peace.
