Join us at Supporters’ House for a calming, sensory workshop combining breathwork, mindfulness and hands‑on creativity. Guided by a breathwork and mindfulness teacher, alongside a nutritional therapist and medical herbalist, the session begins with a gentle grounding practice to help you slow down, relax, and arrive fully. The experience then flows into a hands‑on herbal tea workshop, where you’ll learn about a range of herbs and how they can support wellbeing, from stress and digestion to sleep. A guided tea tasting invites you to explore flavour and tune into what your body needs, before creating your own personalised blend to take home or gift. Thoughtfully held and fully interactive, this inclusive session offers a nourishing mix of grounding, learning and creativity, whilst also providing you with simple tools to keep using in everyday life.
