90 minutes Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session offers a deep and meditative experience, designed to release tension in both the body and mind. We will focus on Yin Yoga, where you'll settle into long-held, passive postures targeting the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia. By staying in each pose for several minutes, you’ll cultivate stillness, patience, and inner awareness, allowing deep physical and emotional release. The session will be together a soothing Sound Bath. As you hold the poses, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes. The sound waves will guide you into a state of deep space, helping to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote a sense of peace and tranquility. This combination of Yin Yoga and sound healing offers a powerful practice for restoring balance, reducing stress, and reconnecting with your inner self.
