About the event

Aconchego House hosts a 1.5-hour Yoga Nidra guided meditation and sound bath on Sunday, July 19, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM WEST in Lisbon. Led by Samana.Life Meditation Teacher Malcolm McQuirter and Sound Healing Practitioner Eric Cetnarski, the session uses quartz crystal and brass bowls to create a restorative experience. The event is donation-based (suggested 10€), limited to ten participants, and yoga mats are provided.
