Join Indre for a Vinyasa yoga class in English in Retiro Park. There's no better place to practice than outdoors - come move, breathe, and soak it all in. We'll flow through a moderate-paced, breath-led Vinyasa class weaving together pranayama, dynamic movement and meditation. Indre invites students to move mindfully listening to their bodies, following the flow of their breath to come home to themselves. Plenty of options throughout, so all levels are welcome. **Important**: Please bring your yoga mat, water and sunscreen.
