About the event

The High Cheese experience returns with an all-new menu, launching from 4 August. Executive Chef Apoorva Kunte has reimagined the three-tier experience around the elemental themes of fire and water, balancing heat, spice and cooling textures through a theatrical progression of sweet and savoury dishes. Created in collaboration with Richmond cheesemonger Supercheese and paired with Punt Road Wines, the refreshed menu showcases exceptional local and international cheeses through inventive dishes, including Red Leicester Arancini, Long Paddock Cheese Cannoli and a decadent Woombye Triple Cream Brie creation. Elevate your experience with curated pairings from Punt Road Wines, available as a $30 wine flight or a bottle to enjoy. This is not high tea as you know it. This is High Cheese.
