Sunday Beach HIIT Circuit

Our Sunday workout is jam packed with fun workout gear, high energy music and some team shenanigans! 60 minutes for this one, we use kettlebells, slam balls, soft boxes, hurdles and more fun gear on the sand! **All levels can participate** and all will be challenged within their own limits.
