Toronto Lodge invites you to join us for: 7:00 pm Council of Solace 7:30 pm Open Meeting **-** Topic "*Following the Path of Light"(Contributions of Arabic Spain to Mysticism*) by Juan Calcaño\*. Rosicrucian Beacon, December 2024\* Hstory teaches us that civilisations, cultures and even religions have their cycles of life. They are born, grow and attain a glorious climax, only to decline and eventually disappear. The world has already known a series of different civilisations, some of them brighter than others. How do mystical teachings pass from one civilization to another? This historical period we have been considering is not very well known from our point of view, and more research is needed in this field. Still, the works of this period that we can read today are as enlightening to us as they were to the Arabic, Jewish or European mystic scholars 10 centuries ago. Both of these events are open to the public. Members are asked to please bring active membership credentials.
